Bianca Brady 
​Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Stretch & Strength, Jumps & Turns

​Bianca fell in love with dance at the age of four, beginning her training in Stony Plain. At age twelve she transitioned to Shelley’s Dance Company in Edmonton where she had the opportunity to further her dance training in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary and musical theatre while participating in numerous competitions. As a dancer she competed throughout Alberta and the United States earning many prestigious awards, most notably Dancer of the Year in 2005. She also received many training scholarships which allowed her to expand her dance knowledge and experience by attending workshops across Alberta, Vancouver, and Los Angeles. Other highlights in her dance career include travelling to Riesa Germany as part of the Western Canadian Dance team to compete in the World Championships as well as participating in many local charity events such as Soaring with Song, The Haiti Benefit Concert, and Kinesis.
Bianca became an instructor in 2009, and has received numerous awards for her innovative choreography. In 2011 Bianca was finally able to pursue her lifelong dream of owning and directing her own dance studio. Under the direction of Bianca and her husband Dayne, Bianca's Dance Company's Elite Competition Team has traveled across North America, winning numerous awards, trophies and scholarships. They traveled to Las Vegas in July 2012 to attend the Dance Power Championships, Whistler BC in July 2015 to attend 5678 Showtime Nationals and the prestigious Dance World Cup, and the Eastern Caribbean on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas in August 2013 to perform their show "Around the World". Her students have gone on to receive countless overall high score awards, trophies, scholarships, and the opportunity to train in Paris France, and Barcelona Spain.
Bianca is passionate about growing and expanding her dance knowledge and continues to take classes and workshops, most recently training at Mather Dance Company in California under the director of Shannon Mather. As well as attending the Dance Teacher Summit in Long Beach California. Bianca looks forward to providing students with a quality dance education by instilling the love, dedication and passion she has for the art of dance.
Dayne McGuire-Lavallee
Ballet, Stretch and Strength, Jumps and Turns 

Dayne began his dance training at the age of six focusing on jazz, tap, and ballet. As he got older he began exploring more disciplines of dance studying lyrical, modern, hip hop and musical theater. As a dancer he competed across Alberta and British Columbia earning the American Dance Award's Male Dancer of the Year title in 2006. He began to focus and place a emphasis on the art of ballet, successfully completing multiple R.A.D. examinations with distinction. He trained briefly with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and spent two summers at the Banff Centre For the Arts in their Summer Professional Dance Program. The prestigious program included four weeks of intensive residency work followed by performances co-commission with The National Ballet of Canada. Dayne's notable performances include the Alberta Ballet's Nutcracker at the Edmonton Jubilee Auditorium along with charity events such as Soaring with Song, The Haiti Benefit Concert, and Kinesis.
He began his teaching career in 2011 when his wife opened Bianca's Dance Company. Since then Dayne has been able to share his passion for teaching instructing ballet as well as jazz technique, and stretch and strength. Although Dayne has a passion for the arts he also holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta. He believes both his degree and passion for engineering are the perfect compliment and aide to his dance instruction. Dayne believes that hard work, knowledge, and discipline are the key to success and is excited to help each student reach their full potential. ​
Tetiana (Татияна Гергиева)    
Acro 

Tetiana is a professional athlete, trainer and coach with a Masters Degree in Acrobatic Coaching and Physical Education from the Kharkive State Academy of Physical Culture. She holds a Fitness for Children Certification from the Ukraine Fitness Academy, a Nutritional Expert Certification, and her Level 1 Certification from the European Association for Gestalt Therapy.

As a member of the Ukrainian National Team, she won multiple medals including a gold medal in Acrobatic Gymnastics at the European Tournament in Switzerland in 2003. She is also a three-time silver medalist in Acrobatic Gymnastic World Tournaments (2000, 2001, 2002). After finishing her career with the national team, she continued her professional career performing with Cirque du Soleil in their show “Quidam” which toured in Japan. She was also a specialty act for Royal Caribbean Int. Cruise line performing on five different ships worldwide. For the past five years she has been a personal trainer and coach for both kids and adults in acrobatics, gymnastics, stretching and exercises.

Tetiana is excited to bring her skills and experience to Bianca’s Dance Company and can’t wait to begin working with our dancers. Her years of competing on a professional level taught her to always strive for better, reach perfection with hard and honest work and commit 100%.
Ashlyn Waller 
Ballet 

Ashlyn began her dance training at the age of three years old. She danced at Edmonton Dance Centre for 10 years under the direction of Deborah Morgan where she completed her R.A.D Primary through Intermediate Foundation examinations with distinction. She continued her dance training at Vimy Ridge Academy for five years where she studied in Jazz, Lyrical, Tap and Contemporary in addition to expanding her ballet training in both Cecchetti and R.A.D methods. Ashlyn graduated from Vimy Ridge Academy having completed R.A.D Intermediate through Advanced II examinations as well as Intermediate through Advanced Cecchetti examinations.

Alongside her focused training at Vimy Ridge Academy, Ashlyn has travelled all over Canada and the United States to advance her dance training by attending intensives with the School of Alberta Ballet, Ballet Kelowna, Joffrey LA West, and Joffrey Ballet School in New York. In conjunction with her extended training, Ashlyn also took an interest in teaching ballet and taught primary through advanced levels for four years at Dance Unlimited under the direction of Doug Rachinski.

In 2019 Ashlyn was accepted into the Ukrainian Shumka Dancers where she has trained and performed repertoire for the past four years. She is currently performing in the 60th anniversary production, “Shumka on Tour”, that has been touring across Canada this year.

In addition, Ashlyn is currently working to achieve her BA Honours in Dance Education with the Royal Academy of Dance as well as a certification in personal training. She is excited to continue sharing her skills, passion and knowledge for dance and physical fitness for many years to come.
